Hispanic Business Magazine Announces Finalists for the 17th Annual Hispanic Business Eoy(R) Awards in Los Angeles

Hispanic Business magazine released a list of 15 finalists this week for its annual EOY Award, which celebrates entrepreneurial excellence in the U.S. Hispanic market. The EOY is Hispanic Business magazine’s award to the individual it finds to be the entrepreneur of the year. The finalists will be honored at the 17th annual event on November 8 at the luxurious Marriott Downtown in Los Angeles.

Attended by luminaries from the worlds of government, business, and academia, Hispanic Business magazine’s major categories: Heavy Industry, Infobusiness, Latina, Rising Star, and Trade Industry EOY Awards is dedicated to celebrating the successes of U.S. Hispanic entrepreneurs in five different categories.

Faculty from the University of Southern California Marshall School of Business judged the finalists and have named one winner for each of the five categories, as well as one overall EOY. The winners will be announced at the awards gala. T

Porras, Lane Professor of Organizational Behavior and Change, Emeritus, and Director of the Leading and Managing Change Executive Program at the Stanford Graduate School of Business, will receive the Lifetime Achievement Award for his visionary approach to management that has served as a proven model in successful companies globally.
